Nepal 11 Defeats MCC by 123 Runs with Centuries from Airee and Sarki

Dipendra Singh Airee and Bhim Sharki scored centuries to help Nepal 11 beat Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) by a big margin.

The match, played on Monday night, ended with Nepal winning by 123 runs. Nepal had set a target of 336 runs, and MCC was all out for 212 runs in 35.3 overs.

MCC’s top scorer was Norris with 56 runs, hitting seven fours and a six from 68 balls. Neller scored 54, Friends 37, and Dunn 19 runs.

For Nepal, Sompal Kami took the most wickets, claiming 3 wickets in 5 overs while giving away 24 runs. Nandan Yadav and Kushal Bhurtel took two wickets each. Karan KC, Sagar Dhakal, and Basir Ahmad took one wicket each.

Earlier, Nepal had scored 335 runs for 4 wickets in their 50 overs. Dipendra Singh Airee was the top scorer with 110 runs off 67 balls, hitting 12 fours and 4 sixes. Bhim Sharki also scored a century — 104 runs from 90 balls with 10 fours and 2 sixes. Both retired out.

Anil Sah scored 27, while Basir Ahmad (37*) and Karan KC (16*) remained not out.
