Today’s Weather in Nepal: June 10th, 2025

Currently, the weather in the western and central parts of Nepal is affected by westerly and local winds. In most parts of Koshi Province, monsoon winds are having an impact, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

This afternoon, the weather will be partly to mostly cloudy in Koshi, Lumbini, and the hilly regions of the country. The rest of the country will have clear to partly cloudy skies. There is a chance of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some hilly areas, including Koshi and Lumbini Provinces. Light rain and snowfall are also possible in one or two places of the high hills and Himalayan regions.

Tonight, the weather will remain partly to mostly cloudy in Koshi, Lumbini, Gandaki, and other hilly areas, while other places will have clear to partly cloudy skies. Light rain and snowfall are expected in one or two places of the high hills and Himalayan areas of Karnali Province.
