PSG Defeats Inter Miami 4-0 to Reach Club World Cup Quarter-Finals

French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has entered the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup after a dominant 4-0 win over American side Inter Miami on Sunday night.

João Neves scored twice for PSG, while Achraf Hakimi added one goal. Another goal came from an own goal by Miami’s Tomás Avilés. All four goals were scored in the first half.

Neves opened the scoring early in the 6th minute. He doubled PSG’s lead in the 39th minute, and Avilés’ own goal in the 44th minute made it 3-0. Hakimi scored during first-half injury time to seal the 4-0 scoreline.

Miami created some chances in the second half, but they couldn’t finish any of them.

With this loss, Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami is out of the Club World Cup, ending their journey in the Round of 16.
