Man found dead near Bardibas Medical College plantation area
A man was found dead in the tree plantation area of Bardibas Medical College, located in Bardibas-5, Mahottari. According to Bardibas Area Police Office, the deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Sanjeev Sada from the Namuna Musahar settlement in Bardibas. He was the son of Dukha Sada.
Locals informed the police after they saw the body inside the fenced plantation area, which the medical college had planted as part of a land acquisition effort.
A police team led by Assistant Sub-Inspector Meghu Ray Yadav from the temporary police post at Maithan was sent to the scene to examine the situation, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bikash Bam of Bardibas Area Police Office.
Police said that the man had been mentally unstable for a long time and was known to frequently consume alcohol.
Further investigation is ongoing, and additional police have reached the site under the command of DSP Bam.
