Today’s weather in Nepal: July 23, 2025

Today, most parts of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces are seeing generally cloudy weather, while the rest of the country has partly cloudy skies.

According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, light to moderate rain is falling in some areas of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini.

This afternoon, the weather is expected to remain partly to mostly cloudy across the country. Light to moderate rain is likely in some hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and a few other places in the remaining regions.

There is also a chance of heavy rainfall in one or two places of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

Tonight, the weather will continue to be partly to mostly cloudy across Nepal. Light to moderate rain is possible in a few areas of all provinces.
