The District Administration Office in Jajarkot has asked people living near the Bheri River to stay alert after the water level increased.
The water flow has gone up at the Bheri Rim water measurement center, located in Rimna, Bheri Municipality-1. Due to this, the administration has asked residents in riverside areas to be careful.
Jajarkot Chief District Officer Mekh Bahadur Mangrati said, “The water level is rising and is close to the danger mark. People living near the river should stay alert. We have also informed the police about the situation.”
Dolpa Chief District Officer Rom Bahadur Mahat also confirmed that the water level is rising and asked people to be cautious.
