President Paudel Receives Credentials from New Envoys

Newly appointed ambassadors from Germany, Finland, Burkina Faso, and Cambodia have presented their credentials to Nepali President Ram Chandra Paudel.

Diplomatic Ceremony in Kathmandu

The ambassadors formally presented their letters of credence at separate ceremonies held at Sheetal Niwas on Thursday. This is a traditional and essential step in the diplomatic process, officially recognizing the ambassadors’ roles and their countries’ relations with Nepal.

The ambassadors who presented their credentials were:

  • Udo Eugen Volz from Germany
  • Petri Juhani Puhakka from Finland
  • Dr. Desire Boniface Some from Burkina Faso (Non-Resident Ambassador)
  • Rath Many from Cambodia (Non-Resident Ambassador)

The Office of the President confirmed that each ambassador was received individually by President Paudel during the special functions.
