One dead, four injured in electric shock accident in Jayagadh
In Jayagadh Rural Municipality, one person has died and four others were injured after receiving an electric shock, according to Achham District Police.
The accident happened on Saturday while local teenagers were setting up decorations, including the national flag, for the Krishna Janmashtami festival.
Seventeen-year-old Rohit Saud died after touching an electric pole while hanging the national flag near the gate on the road from Jayagadh Road Bazar to Bardadevi Temple. He was the only son of Gajendra Saud, owner of Jharna Hotel.
Those injured in the incident include Samir Shah, Binod Rawat, Bam Shah, and Lavson Sunar.
