Chelsea defeated West Ham United 5-1 in a Premier League match.
West Ham took an early lead when Lucas Paqueta scored in the 6th minute. However, Chelsea bounced back quickly. Pedro scored the equalizer in the 15th minute.
Pedro Neto added another goal in the 23rd minute, and Enzo Fernandez scored in the 34th minute, giving Chelsea a 3-1 lead by halftime.
In the second half, Chelsea scored two more goals. Moises Caicedo scored in the 54th minute, followed by Trevoh Chalobah in the 58th minute.
This was Chelsea’s first win of the new season after a draw against Crystal Palace in their opening game. With four points from two matches, Chelsea climbed to the top of the league table.
