In the first match of the FIFA Club World Cup, Egypt’s Al Ahly and USA’s Inter Miami played to a goalless draw. Despite an exciting game, neither team was able to score.

Inter Miami goalkeeper Oscar Ustari saved a penalty in the first half and made a total of 8 saves. Al Ahly created several strong chances but couldn’t find the net.

In the second half, Inter Miami tried to play more aggressively. Lionel Messi had a free-kick that hit the side net and another shot that bounced off the crossbar.

After the draw, both teams now have 1 point each in Group A. Inter Miami will face Porto on June 19, while Al Ahly will play Palmeiras the same day.

This year’s Club World Cup is the first to feature 32 teams and is being held across the United States from June 14 to July 13.
