Nepal national cricket team’s vice-captain, Dipendra Singh Airee, has resigned from the police service.
Nepal Police spokesperson DIG Binod Ghimire confirmed that Airee, who was working as an assistant sub-inspector, had submitted his resignation a few months ago.
According to Ghimire, the resignation was approved a few days ago. Airee had mentioned personal reasons in his resignation letter.
