The final list of players for the mini-auction of the second season of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) has been made public.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) released a statement on Wednesday confirming that 150 players will take part in the auction. A total of 458 players had registered their names for the NPL auction.
Out of them, 150 players were selected based on criteria set by CAN’s technical team.
The auction is scheduled to take place this Saturday.
The selected players are divided into different categories: 8 players are in Category A, 35 in Category B, and 107 in Category C.
All 8 teams have already announced their player retention lists for the second season.
