Government announces cash prize for MFN champion Rabindra Dhant
The government has announced a cash prize for Rabindra Dhant from Bajhang, who became the bantamweight champion at Matrix Fight Night 17 (MFN 17).
A Cabinet meeting decided to award him 500,000 rupees as encouragement. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said his coach will also receive 200,000 rupees.
Last Saturday in India, Rabindra defeated Indian champion Chungreng Koren to win the title.
