Karnali Yashvis sign Brazilian star Mayra Vitoria for Everest women’s volleyball league
Karnali Yashvis is actively signing foreign players for the second season of the Everest Women’s Volleyball League (EWVL).
After recently signing Brazilian player Ana Flavia, the team has now brought in another Brazilian star, Mayra Vitoria. Ana Flavia will play as a setter, while Mayra Vitoria will join as an outside hitter.
The second season of the league, organized by Infinity Dreams, will take place from September 5 to 12 (Bhadra 20 to 28).
Karnali Yashvis, the champions of the first season, are aiming to defend their title by strengthening the squad with top Brazilian players.
Earlier, the club also announced actor Rajesh Hamal as their brand ambassador. The team has retained coach Kumar Rai and marquee player Sumitra Regmi for this season as well.
