Kylian Mbappe scored two goals to help Real Madrid defeat Celta Vigo 3-2 in La Liga on Sunday.

With this win, second-placed Real Madrid have now reduced the gap to league leaders Barcelona to just 4 points.

Playing at home in the Santiago Bernabéu, Real Madrid took a 3-0 lead within the first 50 minutes. However, they conceded two goals in the second half.

Arda Güler opened the scoring in the 33rd minute. Mbappe made it 2-0 in the 39th minute, and then added another goal early in the second half to give Madrid a 3-0 lead.

Celta Vigo made a comeback with goals from Javi Rodriguez in the 69th minute and Williot Swedberg in the 76th minute.

After the match, Real Madrid have 75 points from 34 games. Barcelona are still ahead with 79 points from the same number of matches. Celta Vigo, with 46 points, are in seventh place.

With just four rounds remaining in the league, the title race is now between Barcelona and Real Madrid.
