Missing Man in Lamjung Found Dead After Two Days

A 31-year-old man named Budhe Sarki from Besisahar Municipality-2, Lamjung, was found dead two days after he went missing.

According to Rajkishor Sah Teli, the Information Officer at the District Police Office in Lamjung, Sarki’s body was discovered around 8 a.m. on Saturday. He had been missing since Thursday.

His body was found in the streambed of Jhyange Khola, west of the dumping site in Besisahar Municipality-9. It was stuck between rocks. After receiving the report, a police team recovered the body and took it to the hospital.

Sarki’s mother, Manmaya Sarki, identified the body at the Provincial Hospital in Besisahar. The body has been kept there for post-mortem.

Police say there is no sign of foul play at this time, and further details will be known after the autopsy.
