In the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier Super 3 match, Nepal has received a competitive target to chase against the UAE.
Batting first, UAE scored 114 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs, setting Nepal a target of 115 runs to win.
For UAE, captain Esha Oza scored the highest with 39 runs, while Theertha Satish made 21 and Heena Hotchandani added 20 runs.
On the bowling side, Manisha Upadhyay was excellent for Nepal, taking 4 wickets for 20 runs in 4 overs. Kavita Kunwar took 2 wickets, and Rajmati Airee got 1.
This is a must-win match for both teams. If Nepal beats UAE, they will secure a place in the global qualifier with one match still remaining.
