Kamal Chaudhary, a man from Belha, Chaudandigadhi-5 of Udayapur, has died in South Korea after being in a coma for one and a half months. He was admitted to a hospital in Busan after suddenly collapsing and remained unconscious until his death, his brother-in-law Purushottam Chaudhary confirmed.

The reason behind his sudden collapse was unknown to his family. They were shocked to hear the news as they had hoped for his recovery. Before the incident, Kamal had left his job and was staying in a shelter while searching for new work.

During his coma, he sometimes showed slight movements of hands and eyes. The Nepali Embassy in South Korea said police had taken him to the hospital after he was found unconscious at the shelter. Doctors later found blood clots in his head.

His treatment cost has exceeded 1.6 million rupees, which his family cannot afford to pay.
