Nepal’s Football Team Returns Home After Hong Kong Draw, Laos Loss

The Nepali national football team is back in Nepal! They landed in the country on Wednesday night after playing a friendly match against Hong Kong and an AFC Asian Cup qualifier against Laos.

Officials from ANFA (All Nepal Football Association) welcomed the team at Tribhuvan Airport.

Nepal managed a goalless draw in their friendly match against Hong Kong. However, they faced a defeat in the Asian Cup qualifier.

Playing at home, Laos beat Nepal 2-1. This marks the first time Nepal has lost to Laos in football.
