Portugal wins Nations League title after penalty shootout

Ruben Neves scored the winning penalty as Portugal defeated Spain in a shootout to win the Nations League title on Sunday. The final, held in Munich, ended 2–2 after normal time and went to penalties, where Portugal won 5–3.

This is the second time Portugal has won the Nations League. During the match, Portugal came from behind twice to stay in the game. Spain took the early lead with a goal from Martin Zubimendi, but Nuno Mendes equalized for Portugal.

Just before halftime, Mikel Oyarzabal scored to put Spain ahead again. However, Cristiano Ronaldo scored another goal to level the match. Unfortunately, Ronaldo had to leave the field due to an injury before the game ended.
