Salhesh FC, Siraha have been crowned champions of the 3rd Taplejung Gold Cup after defeating Church Boys Club Lalitpur in the final. More than 10,000 fans watched the match at Bhanu MaVi ground.
Salhesh received NRs 7 lakh as winners, while Church Boys earned NRs 3.5 lakh. Striker Yusuf Malik, who scored twice in the semifinal against Red Star Birtamod, played a key role in their journey to the title.
