Sandeep and Lalit Make Big Jump in ICC T20I Rankings
Two Nepali spinners, Sandeep Lamichhane and Lalit Rajbanshi, have made big improvements in the ICC T20I rankings.
Leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane climbed 41 spots to reach 75th position after taking 11 wickets in 4 matches during the T20I series in Scotland.
Left-arm spinner Lalit Rajbanshi also improved by 29 spots, moving up to 54th after picking up 4 wickets in the same series.
In the all-rounder rankings, Dipendra Singh Airee remains in 3rd position. Kushal Bhurtel jumped 6 spots to 32nd, and in batting, he also moved up 10 places to 83rd.
As a team, Nepal holds 18th place in the T20I rankings and 17th in ODI rankings.
In the ODI bowling rankings, Lalit Rajbanshi improved by 5 spots to 48th, while Sandeep moved up 1 place to 54th.
