Sita Bashyal quits Rastriya Prajatantra Party

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) central member Sita Bashyal has announced that she is leaving the party completely, including her general membership.

Bashyal, a resident of Gaindakot, had been involved with the party since its early days, working in support of monarchy and Hinduism. She held various roles within the party over the years.

She shared a post on social media addressed to party president Rajendra Lingden, where she stated that she is no longer a member of the party in any form.

Basyal had also contested parliamentary elections from RPP in eastern Nawalparasi.
