The Challengers: Game of Himalayas now free to watch on YouTube
Popular Nepali adventure reality show The Challengers: Game of Himalayas has been released on YouTube.
The show, which was previously available only on Amazon Prime for paid viewers, can now be watched for free on the “World Vlog Challenge” YouTube channel.
The first episode was released this week, and new episodes will premiere every Saturday at 4 PM, according to producer and director Sri Gurung. Viewers can still watch all seasons on Amazon Prime. Gurung said the YouTube release aims to reach more viewers since it has been four years since production.
The show premiered on 4 August , 2024, at Labim Hall, where Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said it would help promote Nepal globally. Created to promote tourism and raise awareness about climate change in the Himalayas, the series features 11 vloggers from 6 countries completing a 12-day trek and adventure journey.
It was also premiered at the historic AMC Theater in Times Square, New York.
