A train and a car collided while the car was crossing the railway track at Thapachowk in Janakpur.
The train hit a car with the number plate Bagmati Province 01-25 Cha 1290.
According to DSP Barun Bahadur Singh, spokesperson of Dhanusha District Police Office, full details of the incident are yet to come.
The train was coming from Bhangaha towards Janakpur when the car, heading from Thapachowk towards Janaki Temple, tried to cross the track and was hit by the train, eyewitnesses said.
Police said no one was injured in the accident.
