A tractor accident occurred at Dojam, Baijibada in Simkot Rural Municipality-1, injuring 13 people, with one person in critical condition. According to DSP Shankar Pokharel of the Humla District Police, the accident happened when a tractor traveling from Dojam toward Simkot collided near Baijibada.
The tractor, which had the number Karnali Province 02001 TA 0353, was carrying 15 passengers at the time of the accident. The people on board were returning home after collecting medicinal herbs when the accident took place. Rescue teams are currently working at the scene, and the tractor is stuck in a ditch.
Most of the passengers were locals from Syadak, belonging to Kharpunath Rural Municipality-3 and Simkot Rural Municipality-8.
