458 players register for NPL auction, set for 9 August
The player registration process for the second season of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), organized by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), has been completed.
In a statement released on Saturday, CAN said that 458 Nepali cricketers have registered their names for the upcoming player auction.
The player auction is scheduled to take place on Shrawan 24 (9 August).
CAN also mentioned that the list of all registered players has been shared with all eight franchise teams taking part in the tournament.
The final list of players eligible for the auction will be published based on the criteria set by the technical committee and the players requested by the teams.
