German giants Bayern Munich have qualified for the FIFA Club World Cup Round of 16 with one game still remaining.
In the Group C match held on Saturday morning, Bayern defeated Argentina’s Boca Juniors 2-1 in a competitive game.
Harry Kane gave Bayern an early lead with a goal in the 18th minute.
Boca Juniors kept pushing and managed to equalize in the 66th minute through Miguel Merentinho.
However, in the 74th minute, Michael Olise scored the winning goal for Bayern, which remained the difference until the end of the match.
With this win, Bayern now has 6 points from 2 matches and has secured their place in the next round. Boca Juniors, on the other hand, are eliminated from the tournament after suffering their second consecutive loss.
