One person went missing today in the Saptakoshi River at Rajabas in Barahakshetra Municipality–9 of Sunsari.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Yograj Khatriwada said 11-year-old Dīpesh, the son of Rambilas Mehta from Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality–1, disappeared in the river.
Three children had gone to bathe together. Two of them got out safely, but Dīpesh did not. Both the Nepal Police and the Armed Police Force are searching for him.
