Apple iPad Pro 2025, M5 chip, major upgrade

Apple is getting ready to launch its next iPad Pro, possibly in September or October 2025. While the design is likely to stay the same, the new model will bring big internal upgrades. One of the biggest changes could be the introduction of the new M5 chip. Like last year’s M4 chip, Apple may first use the M5 in the iPad Pro before bringing it to Mac computers. This chip is expected to offer better performance, especially for AI tasks.

All iPad Pro models might now come with 16GB of RAM, which was earlier only available in the 1TB version. This would help users run multiple apps smoothly and boost performance for new features in iPadOS 26.

Apple Intelligence tools like Live Translation and smarter Shortcuts will also be included.
