The Ministry of Communication, Information and Technology confirmed on Friday that Hamro Patro officially registered its app. Ministry sources told Onlinekhabar about the listing.
Just yesterday, the government had decided to block 26 unregistered social media platforms. Some internet service providers had already started blocking Facebook from yesterday.
The government’s decision has faced mixed reactions. Many people are criticizing it, while some are supporting it.
