A landslide in Parbat has buried a house, leaving two members of the same family missing.
The incident happened at Langdi in Modi Rural Municipality-3, Deurali, where a single-storey house was buried by the landslide. The missing people are 76-year-old Chhabilal Bishwakarma and his 76-year-old wife Bishnumati, according to ward chairman Devendra Bahadur Chhetri.
Their daughter-in-law, 32-year-old Pabitra, survived by jumping out of the house.
The landslide, triggered by continuous rainfall, has also damaged roads and farmland in the area.
