Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals Match Halted Midway After Reported Pakistan Attack in India
An IPL match was stopped midway due to security concerns following reports that Pakistan had launched attacks in different parts of India.
The game between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was underway in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, when the floodlights went out, and it was initially said to be a technical issue. However, panic spread soon after as news of attacks by Pakistan emerged.
The match was halted with Punjab at 122/1 in 10.1 overs.
Due to safety concerns, people at the stadium were asked to evacuate. An official announcement is expected soon.
