Two Ministers’ Cars Collide in Kailali, No Injuries Reported
Two government ministers from Sudurpashchim Province were involved in a car accident.
The accident happened on Tuesday in Chisapani, Kailali, while they were on their way to attend a program. The cars of Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development Surendra Pal and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Hira Singh Sarki collided with each other.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli also attended the same program in Chisapani. The ministers were on their way there when the accident happened.
According to DSP Raj Kumar Singh from the District Police Office in Kailali, the cars involved were registered as Se.1 Jha 330 (car of Minister Sarki) and Ba.2 Jha 1419 (car of Minister Pal).
The accident happened around 1:15 in the afternoon. The police said the vehicles were damaged, but no one was hurt.
The back side of car Ba.2 Jha 1419 and the front part of car Se.1 Jha 330 were damaged in the crash.
